What could the Founding Fathers have added if forseeing a Trump?


Since no tax returns yet, they could have required full disclosure of assets and interests as a qualification to run for President with some enforcement mechanism. Or perhaps some form of divestiture.
Perhaps an ethics provision which applied to the President as well as others.
An easier enforcement mechanism for the emoluments clause with broad standing.
But could they or did they foresee the possibility that the Congress would simply roll over in its checks and balances function or even be aiding and abetting a rogue President?
